Teriyaki Chicken

Recipe decanted from (of all places) a kid’s game

Ground ginger
Granulated sugar
Whole garlic cloves
Apple cider vinegar
Soy sauce
COLD water
Corn starch
Whisk all ingredients

Heat mixture till near boiling

Reduce heat and whisk until thickened

Put chicken on baking dish
Brush liberally with warm mixture
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes

.Add toppings
Chives, slices tomato, cilantro, etc.
