Sloppy Guiseppe

  • 1/2 LB Browned hamburger
  • 1/2 LB Browned Italian sausage ( Sam used ALL Italian sausage)
  • Brown meat and break it up
  • Add about 1-1/2  C of sauce
  • 1/4 C water or chicken broth
  • Cover and simmer 30 minutes
  • Cut lengthwise, butter
  •  – Grandpa’s suggestion:  Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the butter, this will go face down on the grill
  • Grill your foccacia
  • Plate on toasted foccacia
