This is a good things for your leftover Thanksgiving turkey. While the turkey is still slightly warm, but not hot, shred the left over meat off the carcass.
Put the shredded meat into a small cottage cheese container. Pack it gently, but to the top.
Pour all of the turkey drippings into the container on top of the meat. Bring the liquid level just up to the top of the meat.
Put the lid on the container, and set the container on a paper towel in the refrigerator.
Serve this in the center of a salad tray with pickles, olives, celery, crackers, etc.
