Wheat Bread

Title of Recipe: Wheat Bread

2 ¼ cup lukewarm water
3 pkg yeast (w/1 tsp sugar)
2 cup lukewarm water
1 cup honey or ½ cup sugar
6 tbl oil
6 tsp salt
8 cup wheat flour
4 cup white flour

Knead thoroughly until smooth, keeping dough as soft as possible. Place in greased bowls, cover and let rise until double (about 1 ½ hour). Shape into loaves, place in greased tin. Let rise until almost double (about 1 hour). Bake 375° for 10 min then lower to 325° for 25-30 min.

Special Steps:
Or same recipe w/12 cup wheat flour or same recipe w/12 cup white flour.
Makes 5-6 loaves.
