Saran wrap
Layer 1 . Swiss chard blanched then plunge into ice water
Layer 2 . Carrots, dicon, yellow bell, red bell, roasted tomato, basil, spucy aioli
. All in first 2 inches of roll
IMPORTANT . Start of roll must be tight
Cut into pieces and serve
