INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 CU banana nectar
• 1/2 CU apple juice
• 1-2 tsp honey

STEP BY STEP

1. If you have a juicer, juice the ingredients, then mix and serve.
2. If you have only a blender, you can liquefy the ingredients
3. Then add 1/4 CU of orange juice.
