- Create your dressing

- 1/1 C mayo
- 1/2 C Greek yogurt
- 1/4 C cream
- 1/4 C whole milk
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop 1-2 stalks of celery finely
- Chop 5 scallions also thin
- 4 C of cooked chicken
- Add 1 TBL brown sugar to the above dressing
- 1 TBL dill
- Mix with chicken and veggies

- Optional: halved purple and green grapes
or golden and red raisins or dried cranberrries - Optional: slivered almonds
