Basic Chocolate Fudge
3/4 C Half and Half
2 C Sugar
1/2 C light corn syrup
4 OZ bittersweet cooking chocolate
Stir constantly on medium heat till 234°
Add butter and vanilla
Let rest until it reduces to 110°
(45 minutes to an hour)
Pour into mixer with beater bar until dull
Pour into greased pan and let it set overnight
