PUDDING
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 TBL AP flour
- 6 TBL sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 C heavy cream
- Whip until smooth
- Turn on heat to medium
- Cook slowly stirring continually until thickened
- Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla
- Orange zest
- Pour pudding into mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap (touching the pudding) and refrigerate
