INGREDIENTS
- 4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 stick cold butter
- 2 crushed ice cubes
STEP BY STEP
- Pulse flour, sugar, salt and butter in food processor till crumbly
- Add crushed ice and pulse to incorporate
- Put in fridge for 10 minutes
- Roll out while cold
- Roll onto rolling pin to transfer to pie pan
- Bake 12-15 minutes at 357º
