Cook, Plaza Bistro
- Sautee your ground beef in a skillet
- Make your guacamole, then set aside
- Chop your tomato into large or small pieces
- Mince about half an onion
- Rough chop your cilantro
- Cut off about 1/3 of a jalapeño
- Carefully remove the avocado pit
- Toss above in 1 TBL lime juice in a large mixing bowl
- Mix your ground beef with 2-3 TBL liquid
- Set beef aside on a plate
- Toast both sides of your tortilla in your skillet
- Put shredded cheese onto the tortilla, then the beef, then the guacamole. Alternately, you can serve the guac on the side.
- Fun Fact: 60 gallons of water to grow one avocado
