  1. Cut romaine into strips
  2. In a bowl place:
    • Quarter and deseed a roma tomato
      Cut into julienne strips
    • Red onion – thin slices
    • Crushed crisp bacon
    • Grated Parmesan cheese
    • Croutons
    • Dressing of your choice
  3. Toss topping ingredients
  4. Place on top of Romaine
