Brownie Batter Cookies or Cupcakes
Mix brownie batter box mix, or as follows:
Cream together:
2 sticks of butter
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 C granulated sugar
1 C brown sugar
2.5 C AP flour
.5 C unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 TBL vanilla
Then add 3 eggs
Mix both sets of ingredients together.
Add 1.5 – 2 C chocolate chips
Mix well.
Add dollop on cookie sheet or put in muffin tin
Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes
