- Separate whites from the yolks
- Dump white onto the skillet and spread out about the size of a bagel.
- Use a muffin ring or biscuit cutter if you have it.
- Add cheese onto top of half of the white
- Add bacon or ham to sandwich
- Put onto your plate and top with hot sauce, mayo or mustard
- Cook the yolk, spreading it out as much as you can.
- Top your sandwich with the yolk.
