Buckwalds AZ Grill Cook
- Season chicken breast
- Place in skillet with EVOO on medium high heat
- Don’t move – let it caramelize
- Cut romaine lengthwise, then into pieces
- Put lettuce into mixing bowl
- Caeser Dressing – toss and plate
- Top lettuce with
- Cucumber medallions
- Cherry tomatoes
- artichoke hearts
- Black olives
- Crumbled bacon
- Hard boiled egg – quartered
- Avocado – cut in shell – use spoon to remove
- Optional: Crumbled bleu cheese
- Heat chicken to internal temperature of 165º
- Slice into strips and plate
