Chicken Waffle

  1. Slice chicken breast into 3/4 inch slices
  2. Toss in mixture of 1/2 C flour and 1 tsp salt
  3. Dip in egg wash
  4. Toss in Panko bread crumbs – pressing crumbs into the chicken
  5. Put into waffle maker (sprayed with a little oil)
  6. Cook 5-7 minutes
  7. Serve with gravy or syrup on the side
