- 2 C strawberries
- 1 C cucumber (diced, seeds removed)
- 1 C heriloom tomato
- Optional Scant: mint, fennel, garlic, jalapeño, oregano, basil
- Blend well
- Strain
- Chill 2-8 hours
- Pour into glass
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction and focaccia noodle or string
- Garnish with micro greens or cheese crumbles
