INGREDIENTS
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ C white vinegar
- 1 stick melted butter
- shallots
- tarragon
- salt and pepper
STEP BY STEP
- Blend egg yolks and vinegar until yolks turn a light yellow
- Drizzle in butter
- Add salt and pepper
- Add shallots just to chop and mix
- Serve over steak
