Classic Béarnaise Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ C white vinegar
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • shallots
  • tarragon
  • salt and pepper

STEP BY STEP

  1. Blend egg yolks and vinegar until yolks turn a light yellow
  2. Drizzle in butter
  3. Add salt and pepper
  4. Add shallots just to chop and mix
  5. Serve over steak
