- 4 egg whites – Beat to stiff peaks with 1 tsp cream of tartar
- Add salt
- Combine (temper together) with 4 TBL cream cheese – softened
- Spread into pattys on baking tray
- Bake at 350ยบ for 30 minutes
- Use for sandwiches
