Cok Au Vin Crepe Filling

1 lemon (zested and juiced)
1 orange (zested and juiced)
4 TBL butter
1/4 CU sugar
1/2 CU Grand Marnier
1/4 CU Grand Marnier

CREPES – See crepe recipe

1. Melt butter and sugar in pot
2. As butter starts to brown add lemon and orange
3. Add 1/2 CU Grand Marnier and mix, mix, mix until it thickens
4. Remove to another bowl
5. Spread onto crepe and fold in thirds, then in thirds again the other way
6. Put crepe back into pot and pour 1/4 CU Grand Marnier over the top
7. Carefully light so that fumes burn
