INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Maseca
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 oz Melted Butter
- 1 can Corn
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
STEP BY STEP
- Combine all Dry ingredients in a bowl except for corn.
- In another bowl, whip eggs and buttermilk
- Stir into dry ingredients
- Add melted butter then fold in Corn.
- Using a lightly greased skillet over medium heat, make 2-3 TBSP sized cakes and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
