Corn meal batter
This is enough for four hot dogs skewered on a stick
- 1 C Corn meal
- 1/4 C Corn starch
- 1 beaten Egg white
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
Thin batter with buttermilk until you get a texture like thick pancake batter
Dredge in flour
Dip in Batter
Fry in 350° oil
