Cranberry Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 C halved and steamed Brussels sprouts
  • 2-3 TBL dried cranberries
  • 1-2 shallots – chopped small
  • 1 TBL apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBL slivered almonds
  • 1 TBL EVOO

Prepare ingredients, toss together, refrigerate an hour
