1/2 Chopped Red Onion
Add to hot skillet with canola
Add cherry tomatoes (halved)

Marinate chicken in 1 inch chunks with oyster, soy, ginger, sesame and lots of garlic
Whisk and let set overnight
1 C flour plus 1/4 C corn starch
Drop into deep fryer or air fryer
Add into sauce
Add chili flakes and serve over rice
Top with green onions
