- Soy
- Hoisin or Oyster Sauce
- Rice Vinegar
- Ground (browned) meat
Base - Cole Slaw / shredded cabbage
- Brown the meat in a bit of sesame oil
- Once browned, add soy, hoisin and vinegar
- Heat to simmering, then add cabbage
- Cover and steam 3-5 minutes
- Taste and season
- Serve with rice or with Bib Lettuce as wraps
