- 4 cups AP flour.
- 1 tablespoon. Sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast.
- 1 teaspoon salt
Add to one cup warm water
- 2/3 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- Knead for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Form into ball, and let ball rise 12 hours
- Dust counter with cornmeal
- Roll into a white rectangle
