- Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Potatoes, Miniature Potatoes… whatever you want to call them
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Thyme
- EVOO
- Garlic Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grandpa's Thunder Powder or Arghhh Powder
STEP BY STEP
- Halve or quarter fingerlings
- Toss fingerlings with rosemary, sage, thyme and EVOO
- Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss again
- Add eight large cloves garlic with their skin still on and toss again
- Dumped onto preheated baking tray
- Cook at preheated 425° oven for 25-30 minutes
