Fired Mac and Cheese

In a non stick skillet

  1. In a very hot skillet
  2. Add 1 C heavy whipping cream
  3. Add 1 C cheddar cheese
  4. Opt: 1/4 C Gruyere
  5. Add 3 C precooked elbow macaroni
  6. Let simmer 5 minutes
  7. Stir in and plate with toppings
  8. Optional:  Top with mozzarella and put under broiler for 2 minutes

Optional toppings:

  • Bacon, sausage, jalapeno, banana peppers, diced tomato, black olives, diced onion, capicola, mozzarella, gorgonzola, etc
