In a non stick skillet
- In a very hot skillet
- Add 1 C heavy whipping cream
- Add 1 C cheddar cheese
- Opt: 1/4 C Gruyere
- Add 3 C precooked elbow macaroni
- Let simmer 5 minutes
- Stir in and plate with toppings
- Optional: Top with mozzarella and put under broiler for 2 minutes

- Bacon, sausage, jalapeno, banana peppers, diced tomato, black olives, diced onion, capicola, mozzarella, gorgonzola, etc
