Fish Taco

 

  • Mix flour, oregano, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, beer and corn starch in a dredging bowl – Mix gently
  • Preheat soft corn tortillas
  • Shred cabbage
  • Mix cabbage with oil, vinegar, oregano, chili, sugar
  • Batter and fry halibut or cod at 365º
  • Serve with Mexican crema, guacamole, salsa, onion and jalapeño
