This is a special recipe for Eliseo.
- Roll fresh brioche bread flat
- Spread with cinnamon mixture
- 1/4 C Brown sugar
- 3 TBL Softened butter (not melted)
- 1 TBL Cinnamon
- Mix number 2 ingredients to create a spread
- Optional spreads: Nutella in Cinnamon cream cheese mixture
- Roll into tube
- Cut (without pressing too hard) into 1/2 inch “coins”
- Dip in traditional French toast mixture
- Milk, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla
- Cook in skillet until browned
