Title of Recipe: Fresh Apple Cake
Ingredients:
4 cu fresh apples (chopped)
2 cu sugar
1 cu oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 cu walnuts
2 cu flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients together. Put in lightly greased cake pan and bake 1 hour at 350°
