This is good for wax beans, green beans, string beans, etc. It is NOT intended for things like peas, lentils and Lima beans.
- Bring pot of water up to a boil.
- Add 3 TBL salt.
- Add beans and boil for 15 minutes.
- Remove to a skillet.
- Add 3 TBL butter.
- Saute on low heat for another 15 minutes.
- Beans should be soft, and not al-dente at all.
