Cut off the top of an entire head of garlic.- Place on crumpled foil so it stays upright.
- Add salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Carefully close the foil and bake at 425ยบ for 60 minutes.
- Squeeze out garlic meat and spread on toast.
- Garnish with oregano or chives.
