INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango
- 1 golden tomatoes
- 1 tbl roma tomato
- 1 red bell
- 1 yellow bell
- 1 avocado
- 1 TBL cilantro
- 1 TBL chives
- 1 TBL jalapeno
- 1 TBL cucumber
- 1 TBL olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbl sugar
- Choula sauce to taste
- Juice and zest from one lemon
- Juice and zest from one orange
STEP BY STEP
- Chop/dice all vegetables.
- Add 1 tbl sugar and chunks of avocado.
- Toss in lemon, orange, EVOO, salt, pepper and cumin
- Add Choula sauce and 3/4 CU orange juice.
