Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham crackers (20 rolled fine)
  • 1/4 C almond meal (or corn meal)
  • 1 egg white
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup softened butter (do not melt)

Step by Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Thoroughly blend dry ingredient
  3. Add softened butter or margarine.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients mixing quickly to moisten
  5. Press firmly into an even layer against bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
  6. Bake empty crust at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Cool before filling with your favorite pudding which you have prepared according to package directions.
