Inspired by Rachael Ray’s Recipe
One large steamed bowl of greens chopped fine
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper and Paprica to taste
Pork, salami, Gruyer cheese
Flour and fry
Served with sautéed zucchini, Bellpepper, and Onion
Add cilantro basil and oregano diced during the last few minutes of the cooking process
