I got this as an appetizer at a Phoenix restaurant. This is my recreation of this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 block Cream cheese – just a few degrees above room temperature
- 1/2 C Sour cream
- 1 C Yogurt
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 Vadallia Onion – minced
- 1 C Cilantro chopped small
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Artichoke hearts – minced
- 1 tsp Garlic – minced
- 3 Green onions – diced small
- 1 C Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C shredded Mozzarella cheese
STEP BY STEP
- Heat your cream cheese just 15 seconds in the microwave
- Mix your sour cream, yogurt and white pepper into your cream cheese
- Mix in onion, cilantro, salt artichoke, green onions and garlic
- Mix in your cheeses
- Microwave another 15-20 seconds
- Mix again and serve with toast points or bread sticks
