Use ice cream sundae cups, and . . .

  1. Slow cook your brisket @ 240º for 5-6 hours
  2. Pull the shredded beef apart and toss with BBQ sauce
  3. Put a little beef in the bottom
  4. a layer of mashed potatoes
  5. a layer of corn (optional baby peas)
  6. another layer of beef
  7. shredded sharp cheddar
  8. pour hot gravy over it all
  9. then add a cherry tomato on top
