- Slow cook your brisket @ 240º for 5-6 hours
- Pull the shredded beef apart and toss with BBQ sauce
- Put a little beef in the bottom
- a layer of mashed potatoes
- a layer of corn (optional baby peas)
- another layer of beef
- shredded sharp cheddar
- pour hot gravy over it all
- then add a cherry tomato on top
