- Get a Beef roast that will fit comfortably into your IP pot.
- Season your roast using Grandpa's Thunder Powder or Arghhh Powder
- Using SauteƩ setting, sear your roast on all sides
- Set the roast aside
- Deglaze the inner pot with 1.5 C chicken stock
- Return roast to pan
- Pressure cook for 45 minutes
- Prepare your potato, carrot and onion
- Quick release
- Quickly add potato, carrot and onion into the pot
- Pressure cook for an additional 10 minutes
- Remove veggies to bowl and roast to a pan
- Tent roast with aluminum foil to rest
- Strain remaining liquid and return to IP
- Add 1/2 glass white wine
- SauteƩ liquid until reduced to more than half
- Turn off heat, then add 1-2 TBL cold butter
- Plate sliced meat – drizzle with sauce
