- Nice large shrimp
- 1/2 C jalapeno juice
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed salted garlic
- Combine juice, olive oil and garlic
- Marinate shrimp for about 30 minutes
- Put shrimp into hot grill skillet and cook no more than 60 seconds per side
- Serve with a dipping sauce of
- sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, yogurt
