Kay’s Fudge

  • Two squares of chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Melt on low heat
  • Stir in one cup milk
  • Bring to boil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • Cooked to softball stage
  • Pour onto marble slab or sheet pan
  • Cool and Eat
