- Cut strawberries into pieces
- Add blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries (or other fruit)
- Mix 1/2 C cornstarch or other “starch” powder with 1/2 C sugar
- Toss fruit with sugar mixture
- Pour into cast iron skillet
FRUIT CRISP TOPPING - 3/4 C Oatmeal
- Crushed pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 C AP flour
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
- Stir until clumps form
- Distribute over top of fruit
- 350º 40-50 minutes
1 egg
1 CU milk
1/3 CU sugar
salt, cumin, nutmeg, baking powder, caramel syrup

Toss fruit or dried bread in web
Bake in greased dish 350 degrees for 45 minutes
