INGREDIENTS
- 12-20 Fresh Brussels Sprouts – halved
- 1 TBL EVOO
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Siracha
- 1 TBL Soy
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 1/4 C Water
- 1/4 C Sugar
STEP BY STEP
- Toss sprouts with EVOO and salt
- Bake sprouts in oven at 450ยบ for about 20 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil
- Add chopped peanuts
- Temper in 1 TBL cornstarch mixed with 1 TBL water
- Return to boil and stir until thickened
- Fold in sprouts and toss to coat
