Unleavened flat bread
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 14.5 oz AP flour (about 2.5 C)
MIX ON A TABLE, THEN CREATE A WELL IN THE CENTER, THEN ADD - 1 egg plus 2 egg whites, beaten
- 2 TBL butter, melted
- 2/3 cup water
- Combine wet into the dry and mix until well combined
- Cut dough into eight pieces
- Butter bottom
- Roll until very flat – as thin as possible
- Transfer to ungreased baking sheet
- Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- OR butter top and sprinkle with seeds
- Bake at 375ยบ for 10-15 minutes
