STEP BY STEP
- Put a corn tortilla in a baking dish and cook at 350º it till it just starts to brown
- Slivered onion, drizzled with EV00, and then microwave (Separately) for 30 seconds – Set aside
- Top browned tortilla with – in order:
- Leftover chopped steak Julian strips
- Microwaved onion
- Leftover chili
- Leftover green chilies
- One spoon of salsa
- Top with a undercooked lightly fried (or poached) egg
- Top with cheese and put into oven until cheese melts
- Turn out of cooking dish on the plate before serving
