Misc Veggies
- Bell Pepper
- Onion
- Carrot
- Cook 1/2 C lentils 20-30 minutes
- EVOO in hot skillet
- Sear all veggies for 8-10 minutes
- Add 1 TBL tomato paste after 4 minutes
- Add ginger, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin and corriander during the last three minutes
- Combine with fresh cilantro and parsley
- Add 1 TBL maple syrup, 2 tsp lemon juice
- Pulse in blender or food processor to desired consistency
