1/2 LB Braunschweiger liver sausage
3 OZ Cream Cheese
1/4 C butter
1 TBL EVOO
– Cream above together until smooth
Then add
1 small finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp Tabasco
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 C white wine
Mix well and chill at least 4 hours. Serve with cracker.
