Make ahead bacon

Take an entire package of bacon and put it on some sort of slotted baking sheet

Optional: Brush with Sambal Olek

Bake 375° for about 20-25 minutes

Store in paper towel in a plastic bag.

When you want bacon, you can just reheat a slice or two in the microwave for 30 seconds and it is done.
