1/4 CU Oatmeal – Not quick or instant, but the good stuff
1/3 CU MilkĀ (Whole, 2% or 1%, but not skim)
1/4 CU Greek Yogurt (If regular yogurt, decrease amount of milk used)
Seasonal Fruit
Seasoning – vanilla, almond, honey, cinnamon, etc
- Mix all together in glass container with lid
- Refrigerate overnight
- Good for breakfast in the morning
