This can be used with beef, pork, or even tofu.
- Sear 80/20 ground beef and pork in peanut oil over high heat
- Spoon out some of the excess fat into a bowl and set aside
- Set meat aside
- Add Onion
- Add garlic
- Add soy, rice vinegar, chili oil, hoisin, pickled ginger
- Add Water chestnuts, scallions, a few drops of sesame oil
- Add back in the meat and stir to combine
- Spoon onto butter lettuce leaves
